Currently living in Austin, Texas with my wife, Claudia and our wonderful Weimaraner, Macha. We fully embraced the Austin lifestyle upon moving here in early 2012. Live music and enjoying the outdoors consumes our free time. Our home is a frequent gathering place for musicians either through our weekly live streaming show or regular house concerts. We're fortunate to be in a wonderful city surrounded by great music and great friends.

Successfully launched an app that easily matches musicians with hosts for live performances. Created the vision and design, secured seed stage funding, built and executed a marketing strategy, and led sales leading to early-stage paying customers.

Designing and building organizations that learn and adapt. Global company experience designing and managing complex changes involving the organization's strategy, structure, skills, process, and culture.

Communication and Change
Employee communication and change management is a specialty. These functions have reported to me and I've designed global change programs to drive adoption of controversial programs.
I love change so much I did a quantitative research dissertation on how teams build trust and stay on the same page to improve performance.
Solely designed, launched, and incorporated a music-tech start-up business that has achieved initial seed funding, shareholders, paying customers, and social media traction.
I've learned the hard way on how to bootstrap and build a business from scratch.
